Help Centre
What kind of help do you need?
Need Urgent Help or Support?
If you are distressed or experiencing despair, try to speak to somebody now.
- Is there a family member or a friend you could call?
- Is there a neighbour or colleague who can help?
- Could you make an emergency GP appointment?
Are you having suicidal thoughts?
If you are feeling very distressed, despairing or suicidal and need immediate help, consider calling 111 if you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life-threatening situation. You can also call 111 if you’re not sure which NHS service you need.
There is an urgent 24/7 mental health access line available and this can be accessed directly by existing service users and the general public, including those struggling to keep themselves safe, by calling 0151 296 7200 or freephone 0800 145 6570
Is your life or someone else's life in immediate danger?
If you or anyone else is in immediate danger or harm then please call the Police or Ambulance Service on 999.
